Request routing by category, region, and direct local access

Smart routing starts with the destination—not sending all traffic through the same exit. AI tools, regional streaming libraries, and local websites each need a different path. VPNLH combines international routes and direct local connections in one workflow: international services use rules to select an exit, while local sites stay on a local path. The console illustrates the routing approach; actual rules and available routes are shown in the user panel and client configuration after login.

When choosing a plan, start by checking the platforms you use, the regions you need, and your monthly data allowance, then compare prices. Coverage across 120+ countries / 240+ routes gives you a range of regions to choose from; it does not mean every international service works through every route. Account region, platform policies, and your local network can also affect access. Checking these factors separately is more useful than repeatedly switching routes.

Route selection / time of use

Reliable during peak hours

Judge peak-hour performance during the times you actually use the service. Browsing, extended conversations, and video streaming each place different demands on a stable connection. VPNLH offers region-specific routes while keeping local sites on direct local connections, helping avoid unnecessary traffic on international paths. If you experience interruptions, check your local network first, then try another route in the target region and see whether the same task completes consistently. Coverage gives you route options, not a fixed speed guarantee; don't judge an entire route by a single page load.

Global nodes and regional routing

Choose a region based on the service you want to access, not just geographic distance. For everyday browsing, start with a region that works well with your local network. For region-specific content, check which regions the platform supports. For AI tools, also consider whether your account region matches the exit region. Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore, Los Angeles, Paris, and Milan are examples in the table below. Check the panel for route types; example cities aren't a guarantee of service availability.

For a fair route comparison, keep other conditions the same: use the same device, local network, and task, then check whether pages load, sign-in works, and the service stays usable. If only one website has an issue, check its region requirements first. If all access is affected, check your local connection and client status. The route display below is separate from the static region information. For routes currently available, visit the full nodes page or user panel.

Clients and subscription access

Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Log in to get your subscription from the user panel; client downloads are also available there. Sign in to download for Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux; iOS access follows the instructions shown in the panel. The marketing site doesn't distribute installers or display personal subscription details, keeping downloads, account access, and subscription management in one place.

For your first setup, select the system you're using and follow the panel instructions to get the client and subscription. After importing, confirm that the rules are applied—not just that the connection toggle is on. Then visit a commonly used international site and check that local sites still use a direct local path. Repeat these checks after changing networks, adjusting system permissions, or updating the client. For the full setup sequence, see the Getting Started Guide; there's no need to guess what buttons mean on different platforms.

Monthly plans and data add-ons

Monthly plans differ by data allowance, not by device count. Light research, everyday AI conversations, and extended video streaming use different amounts of data; devices on the same account share the allowance. Before choosing, think through your main tasks and select a data tier that fits. A higher price means a different allowance—not necessarily faster access to a particular website or guaranteed availability on a specific platform.

Data resets monthly on your activation date, not on the first day of each calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days; manage upgrades in the user panel. If your usage is irregular, you can also consider data add-ons that last until used and never expire. Monthly plans and data add-ons use different billing terms, so compare the billing period and allowance before looking at the price rather than judging by a single amount.

Subscription and routing FAQs

Accounts, devices, and routes each have different rules. First identify whether you're dealing with an access issue, a configuration issue, or a target platform's regional requirements, then choose what to check next.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. In the user panel, you can view plans, get the client, and manage your subscription. Keep your login credentials safe, and treat your subscription link as account information. When submitting a support ticket, describe what you did and the error message; don't include your full password in a screenshot.

Does unlimited devices mean unlimited data?

Unlimited devices means there's no device-count limit on simultaneous connections; it doesn't mean unlimited data. Monthly plans include 60GB, 250GB, or 500GB, shared across your devices. If you plan to use several devices, first make sure the rules are imported correctly on each one, then choose a plan based on their combined data use.

An AI website opens, but the conversation cuts off. What should I check?

First check that all relevant domains are routed through international routes as intended, then confirm the exit region stays the same during sign-in and conversation. Streaming responses need a persistent connection, so a successfully loaded homepage doesn't guarantee that later requests will work. Also check whether the platform shows an account, region, or usage-limit notice. Avoid switching routes repeatedly, as that can make it harder to identify the cause.

What is the refund guarantee, and which payment methods are accepted?

60-day money-back guarantee; Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. See the Refund Policy for application details, and submit your request through the user panel. Keeping your order details can help with verification. Regional examples and usage suggestions on marketing pages don't replace the full refund policy.

Why do local websites still use a local route after connecting?

That's how smart routing is designed: traffic is routed by destination rather than sending every request through an international exit. Local sites stay on direct local connections, while AI tools and streaming use regional routes according to the rules. If the actual route differs from what you expect, check the client's current mode, whether the subscription is up to date, and whether the rules have been applied. See the Getting Started Guide for the full steps.
