VPNLH requires no email address; an account can be created with a username and password. Account data includes the username, credentials used to verify the password and account status. This data is used for authentication, subscription management and account security. An email address is not required to create an account. If a user voluntarily provides an email address or other contact details in a support ticket, they are used only to handle that request.

Order records include the selected plan, order amount, payment status, transaction identifier and refund records. They are used to verify entitlements, resolve payment issues and handle billing disputes. Support ticket content is used to investigate issues reported by users. Please do not submit passwords, full subscription links or sensitive payment credentials.

VPNLH follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access through international routes, or retain browsing content, domain names or DNS query history. It does not keep connection logs that could be used to reconstruct individual browsing activity, including links between source and exit addresses, connection timelines or destinations.

To apply plan allowances and reset traffic quotas, VPNLH processes each account's cumulative traffic, remaining allowance and reset status. These usage records do not include website-level browsing details. When investigating an issue, support relies on error messages and necessary diagnostic information voluntarily provided by the user; browsing history is not reconstructed as a support method.

Website usage statistics help us understand page use, referral sources and button clicks so we can improve explanations and workflows. They cover interactions on this website and do not include international websites accessed through the subscription service. Account passwords, authentication credentials and subscription links should not be included in analytics events.

Cookies and local storage are used to maintain sessions, save login credentials, remember language preferences and retain necessary interface settings. Users can restrict cookies or clear this website's stored data in their browser; doing so may require logging in again and resetting preferences. On shared devices, log out of your account to prevent others from continuing to use a saved session.

VPNLH supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service. To complete a transaction, necessary order information is shared, and the payment result and transaction identifier are received. Third parties may handle payment account or on-chain transaction information under their own rules; users should review the applicable policies.

VPNLH does not sell account information. Relevant data is disclosed only as necessary to provide the service, respond to user requests or meet legal requirements. Where service partners are involved, data use is limited to completing the relevant task and is not extended to unrelated marketing.

Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order, refund and dispute records are retained as required for accounting and under applicable law. Support ticket and diagnostic information is deleted or anonymized once its purpose has been fulfilled. Usage statistics are kept only as needed for analysis, then deleted or aggregated; identifiable information is not retained indefinitely.

Users can submit requests to access, correct or delete information through a user panel support ticket, specifying the information concerned. Requests are handled after necessary identity verification. If information must be retained by law or for an unresolved dispute, the reason will be explained and its use restricted. Clearing browser storage deletes data on that device only; it does not delete the server-side account.

Updates to this policy will be published on this page, and the update month at the top will be changed. Significant changes to data use, processing or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where separate consent is legally required, it will be obtained as required.
