Service Scope

VPNLH provides international route subscriptions for cross-border access, along with related client access options, supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes, client download options, and account benefits are listed in the user panel and depend on your active plan. Route access does not include memberships offered by third-party websites, apps, or content platforms.

The subscription provides network connections and traffic routing configuration; it does not replace account eligibility, regional requirements, or content licenses imposed by destination platforms. You are responsible for checking the rules of the services you access. A successful connection through a route does not mean a third-party platform will continue to accept that exit point or provide particular content.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your account password, subscription link, and login credentials secure. Do not publish, transfer, resell, or share your account or subscription with others, or use the subscription to operate a proxy service for others.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be connected at once when the account holder uses their own devices. This does not permit public sharing or change the plan’s traffic rules. Subscription links act as access credentials. If you discover a leak or unusual use, promptly replace the relevant credentials and report the issue through a panel support ticket.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Before choosing, check the plans page and the billing details in the panel; monthly subscriptions and traffic packages do not provide the same benefits.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations of your location and of the regions involved in your use of the service, as well as the rules of the websites and apps you access. Do not use this service for illegal activities, including cyberattacks, fraud, distributing malicious software, violating others’ privacy or intellectual property, or accessing systems without authorization.

Do not misuse routes to send spam, make large volumes of malicious requests, or disrupt other users. You are responsible for your own access, submitted content, and account activity. VPNLH provides network connectivity and does not grant permission to access restricted resources or use another party’s content.

Availability and Liability

Connection performance may be affected by your local network, carrier routing, device configuration, maintenance, and third-party platform policies. VPNLH does not guarantee that connections to every destination service will remain available at all times or in all regions, and does not promise specific speeds, latency, or content availability.

If an issue occurs, keep the error message and note the platform and circumstances in which it happened, then use a panel support ticket to request help. Do not submit your password or full subscription link. VPNLH will investigate and make adjustments based on the scope of the issue; recovery depends on its cause.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, each responsible party is liable for consequences arising from user configuration, leaked credentials, or changes to third-party services, as provided by law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot be waived by law or limit rights you are entitled to by law.

Account Suspension and Termination

If VPNLH finds illegal use, attacks, subscription resale, public sharing, or other serious violations of these terms, it may suspend relevant connections or terminate account services according to the level of risk. Where credentials may have been exposed, VPNLH may first apply protective restrictions while verifying the situation.

If you disagree with the outcome, you may submit relevant details through a panel support ticket. Decisions should reflect the actual conduct and verified information; normal use across multiple personal devices is not treated as a violation. Any service benefits not yet delivered will be handled in accordance with applicable law and relevant policies.

Changes to Terms and Refund Guidance

When service rules change, this page will be updated, with notices on the site or in the user panel provided where appropriate based on the impact. Changes to prices, billing methods, or core benefits must clearly state their scope; updating this page does not replace any required notice. Review the latest terms and raise any questions before continuing to use the service.
